Im feeling faint we are so very very very VERY close!!!!!!!!!!! I found this picture the other day and I had to use it for todays countdown!!! This is going to sound silly but when we go see The Dark Knight Rises I already have what I wear picked out! :P Im such a fangirl! Do yall have anything special planned to wear? I CANT WAIT THIS IS GOING TO BE AWESOME!!!

Movie Review

Batman (1989)

(Note: I will be having Wikipedia help me alot on this review it has been years since I watched the movie and I'm not sure if I'll ever watch it again.)

As a child, billionaire Bruce Wayne sees his parents murdered and therefore vows to avenge their deaths in a lifelong battle against crime as the costumed vigilante Batman while concealing his secret identity behind his playboy image. By the time he begins his career as Gotham City's protector, the city is controlled by crime boss Carl Grissom, and his second in command, Jack Napier, who has a sadistic sense of humor. Despite the efforts of newly-elected district attorney Harvey Dent and police commissioner James Gordon, the police department remains corrupt. Reporter Alexander Knox and photo-journalist Vicki Vale begin investigating the rumors of a shadowy crimefighter (Batman himself) terrorizing the city's criminals by night.
Vicki and Knox attend a benefit at Wayne Manor, where Bruce is taken by Vicki's charms, while Napier is sent to raid the Axis Chemicals factory. When the police receive a tip-off and arrive to arrest him, Napier realizes he has been tricked by his boss for his affair with Grissom's mistress. In the midst of the resulting gunfight, Batman arrives and attacks Napier's henchmen. Napier fires at Batman, who deflects the bullet off his steel gauntlet and strikes it into Napier's face; whereupon Napier topples over a platform rail into a large vat of chemicals. Shortly thereafter, he emerges from an adjacent catch basin, his skin bleached white, his hair dyed green, and his lips dyed red.

My thoughts: Sorry fans of this movie but I hate it. This movie was the one I could stand the most but ever since Batman Begins came out there is just no comparison to me. My dad told me Micheal was the best Batman actor there was until Christian Bale donned the infamous cape and cowl. Tim Burton isnt one of my favorite directors either his movies take a turn for the strange everytime one comes out. If you've ever watched one you would know what I would mean. There really isnt a plot to this movie in my opinion, the romance was lets just say crap, and the effects lame. Lets focus more on Batman people and less of Bruce Wayne. Bruce Wayne is just a cover up Batman is the real man.

Dark Knight Rises Countdown

5 MORE DAYS!!!!!

So much closer are we to the premier of The Dark Knight Rises!!! Only 5 more days!!! I feel like screaming! How excited is everybody?! It makes me sad that this will be Nolan's last Batman movie it cant be the last one it shouldn't be the last one!! I kind of read a spoiler on comicbookmovies.com on how The Dark Knight Rises ends! Shame upon me I know but I wont tell yall what happens! Anyone going to the midnight premiere?

6 MORE DAYS!!!

Batman fans rejoice we are in the single digits! Seems like The Dark Knight Rises is sneaking up on us fast! Ok somedays it feels like geez why isnt out in theaters yet? But it will be here soon I must admit though I'm going insane from the wait no amount of anything Batman can satisfy me yet until I quench my Dark Knight Rises thirst!

What are yall's thoughts about The Dark Knight Rises so far?

The New Batman Adventures Review

Girls' Nite Out

Batman is out of Gotham on different business could Gotham really have a rare night of peace? No Gotham's criminals dont take a rest Bat or no Bat. To make matters worse for Batgirl who is the only protector of the city at the moment a super criminal from Metropolis is being transported to a special clinic in Gotham to get treatment for her 'condition'. This villian is one of Superman's dangerous she is Livewire. The villian that can control electricity.

Batman calls Batgirl who is patroling Gotham to see how she is doing on her own that night when Batgirl is attacked by an escaped Livewire. Batman knows that she cant do this alone so he calls backup for her. Trying to get a hold of Superman who is also out of town Batgirl gets The Girl of Steel Supergirl. Supergirl gets there fast to see Batgirl still fighting the villan she doesnt get much action though since Livewire is low on energy and must flee from the fight.

Meanwhile Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy have been cooped up in their hide out for many months and are becoming restless. Harley suggests a night on the town but Ivy tells Harley they cant till they get some sort of 'edge'. Livewire seems to found herself getting a recharge from the villianess' toaster sitting on their counter she tells the two females to meet their edge. Gotham's only hope lies at Batgirl's and Supergirl's feet. Will Gotham make it through this girls night out?

My thoughts: This is definitely one of the best episodes of the series. Its nice seeing an all girl episode showing that we girls are capable and can handle anything. We aren't just a pretty face. I think Supergirl is pretty cool to. The animation was nicely done I still like the tradition style of Batman TAS series best.

Must Watch Video

Ok you Dark Knight Rises junkies I have just watched the best video yet!!!!! I CANNOT wait to see this movie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Christopher has really pulled out all the stops this is going to be the most awesomest thing to hit the screens!!!!! Anyway I have to share this video it may be 13 minutes long but it is WORTH IT!!!!

Upcoming Art

As some of you know that I can draw I have come a long way since I last posted art and I admit I've gone a little batty with my art. :P I have Batman pictures galore to draw(I have 468 Batman pictures total. Pft Im not obssessed...ok maybe a little.). Anyway I would like to post the pictures of upcoming comic book covers that I will be drawing. Im trying my hand at this Im very good at animation and I've done few pictures from comics(Deadpool being one) so its time for me to try Batman comic style! Here is the few I have chosen!

I think this one kicks butt but Batman kicks everyone's butt in the fighting section and hot factor section! The reason I chose this one is because I like the detail and the pose! Plus his boots look sick(in a good way...I love boots.)

Im totally an Arkham City freak so I couldnt resist when I saw this one I must draw it!

This one is to help me practicing inking. I love inking it makes everything look awesome!
